The entry deadline is Sunday, May 10th, 2026, at Midnight. No late entries will be accepted.
All entries will send out an automatic confirmation email. If you did not receive this email, the entry did not go through and needs to be redone. A second confirmation will go out via email when your entry has been processed into our tabulation system. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not get the confirmation in your main mailbox. Some confirmations can take up to an hour to arrive depending on your email server.
Payment can be made using a Credit Card with the entry form, or you can pay via Venmo (@nbtatxstatecentx), CashApp ($nbtatxstatecentx), or check ($15 fee for returned checks).
There are NO REFUNDS for any reason, including change of personal plans/availability, change of venue, change of date, change of judges, change of format, change of schedule, or change of safety requirements. For questions about our refund policy, please email nbtatexasstatecentx@gmail.com.
